About this site

ArizonaElectric.com is an independent guide to electricity in Arizona: how APS, SRP, and TEP actually charge you, what electrical work should cost, and how to hire a properly licensed electrician.

What we do

• Keep the math in the open. Every rate figure shows its effective date and links to the utility's published tariff. Our rate calculator explains its full methodology on the page.
• No lead forms, no accounts, no data collection. Calculators run entirely in your browser. We never see your inputs, and there is nothing to sign up for.
• Editorial guidance only. We explain how plans and pricing work — we don't give individualized advice, and we don't broker quotes.

How we make money

Some links are affiliate links (clearly labeled), and the site may eventually run display ads. Neither ever changes a ranking, a number, or a recommendation. Details on the disclosure page.

Corrections

Utility rates change, and we'd rather fix an error than defend one. If a number looks wrong, tell usand we'll check it against the current tariff.
